Giving Tuesday 2023
It’s that time again – the year is coming to a close, and we are reaching out to ask for your support.
We have a great way for you to support Take Me Outside this Giving Tuesday on November 28th. Every donation gives you a chance to win! Each donation of $10 or more counts as an entry, with multiples beyond that = more chances! $20 = 2 entries, $50 = 5 entries, and so on. ✨ PLUS everyone who participates will receive a special 20% discount to spend at the our social enterprise store (whether you’re a draw winner or not)!
We’ll be doing weekly giveaways for an entire month, starting on #GivingTuesday. Support a great cause and help us transform the culture of learning beyond the four walls of the classroom. With your help, we can continue to strive for a future where spending time outside learning, playing and exploring is a regular and significant part of every learner’s day.
If you’re able to help contribute to the work we are doing to make outdoor learning accessible and practical to educators and learners, we’d wholeheartedly appreciate it. The majority of our events and programs are free to participate in, and we want to keep it that way.
This past year we’ve seen more educators and learners participating in Take Me Outside events and initiatives than ever before. Three highlights include:
- Hosting 440 guests in Banff for the inaugural, sold-out Outdoor Learning Conference in May!
- Over 55,000 registrants to our free seasonal workshop series for educators
- The 13th annual Take Me Outside Day 2023, which happened this past October, was our biggest yet, with 500,000 people participating in celebrating education outdoors, and expanding the possibilities of learning beyond the four walls of a classroom for all grades and subjects.
