We are on a shared mission to be a vocal champion and leading provider of social-emotional and environmental outdoor learning experiences for underserved youth. OBC’s programming for underserved youth strives to remove barriers and supports fair and equitable access to life-changing opportunities.
At Outward Bound Canada, we envision a Canada where all youth have access to high-quality, impactful outdoor education experiences that help them realize their potential.
Through our world-class research, we’ve identified the direct impact our programs have on positive physical, mental and emotional well-being, and preparing youth for future success at school, work, and in their communities.
Our programs leverage the power of nature and adventure to build social and emotional intelligence and environmental leadership among youth. Led by highly skilled instructors, who are trained in risk management, OBC creates supportive and inclusive spaces where youth can learn, grow and thrive.

We are working with many educators and school boards to engage youth in our high-quality outdoor education programming. One, three and five-day and custom program options available. OBC offers scholarships and bursaries to youth in Canada who are interested in an OBC summer course but for whom finances are an obstacle.
