Help Support Our Work
We use a Canadian-based platform called Zeffy to process donations, which eliminates transactions fees that would otherwise subtract from your contribution. Zeffy’s revenue comes from donors who choose to leave them a tip, which you will see as an option at the end of the transaction. You may also choose “Other” in the drop-down menu and enter $0 to opt out.
Thank you for supporting Take Me Outside! We truly appreciate it. If you have any trouble with the form above, you can use the direct link here, or contact us for further support.
Take Me Outside has been working to ensure that learners across North America / Turtle Island are getting the opportunity to learn beyond the four walls of a classroom. As a registered nonprofit and charitable organization, we work collaboratively alongside other organizations, schools boards, and passionate individuals to help build outdoor learning into a regular part of each day.
Our largest annual event, Take Me Outside Day, has grown into a week’s worth of activities and events each October, and our other initiatives, such as the Learning Challenge, the Winter Challenge, the Student Video Contest, and the Outdoor Learning Conference, have seen more and more participation as the years go on. This growth comes alongside a lot of hard work from a small team of staff supported by a dedicated board of directors. We’ve generally relied on grants and income from our merchandise for operations over the past decade. But in seeking growth and the ability to offer meaningful and impactful events and resources to our audience, we need additional support from donors who are passionate about the cause.
