I am a non-Indigenous person living in the traditional and unceded territory of the Sinixt. An area also cherished by the Secwepemc, Okanagan Sylix and Ktunaxa First Nations. I continue to learn and understand the trauma that has been, and continues to be, inflicted on Indigenous people. I am working to be a better ally and to uplift the voices of Indigenous people in both my personal and professional life.
