The Outdoor Learning Leadership Conference is designed for school system leaders and administrators including: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Directors, Principals, Vice-Principals, Academics, Researchers, Curriculum Coordinators, District Leads, Consultants, Community partners with system-level influence, Provincial/Territorial Ministries of Education, Senior System Administrators (Secretary Treasurers, Facilities, HR, etc.), School Trustees.

Early Bird Rate $595 (Valid until Friday, June 5). Regular Rate $635. If you have capacity to pay the regular rate, we encourage you to do so to allow us to fulfill additional subsidy requests to help those experiencing barriers to access. If you would like to apply for a subsidy, please contact us.
We will offer refunds until September 10th 2026 (i.e if you apply for funding to support your registration but do not receive it).

We are committed to a safe, welcoming and inclusive conference. Inclusive washrooms are available on site, all buildings are accessible buildings (outdoor workshops will require a short walk on uneven terrain but assistance/portable chairs can be made available), smudging rooms and a quiet room will be available for any denomination, religious or spiritual practice. Beyond this, please indicate how we might facilitate a more inclusive environment for you and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

On site meals will be buffet style with several vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. Please indicate if you have additional requirements (celiac, halal, kosher, severe food allergy etc.) that may require you to have a separate meal prepared.
