OUR MISSION, OUR PURPOSE

We believe in a future where spending time outside learning, playing and exploring is a regular and significant part of every learner's day.

Take Me Outside works collaboratively with educators, school system administrators, organizations and individuals to encourage children and youth to spend more time outside through various projects and initiatives. Specifically, we engage directly with educators to promote, advocate and support outdoor learning opportunities. We are building a community of educators to break down barriers so that outdoor learning can be embedded into teaching practices. Take Me Outside is a registered national charitable non-profit organization.

Outdoor Learning Gear Fund

Will you donate $12 to help more children and youth get outside?

Our goal is to build a fund of $12,000 to support educators who are working in lower income areas to purchase outdoor clothing and footwear to keep their learners prepared and comfortable in all weather.

We hope you can help us achieve our goal to get more kids outside, playing, exploring and learning this year!
