2025 Outdoor Learning Conference

Thank you for your interest to present at the 2025 Outdoor Learning Conference in Banff. Call for proposals is now closed.

Every year, the Conference team receives many engaging workshop proposals from a variety of experts and practitioners, and we appreciate your work and effort in applying. We thoroughly review all applications and extend our gratitude to those offering to share their valuable knowledge at the Outdoor Learning Conference; we hope you can join us in May 2025 either way.

• All presenters are required to register for the Conference. While registration is sold out we have kept aside spaces for potential presenters so if you have not registered yet, please still submit your proposal and if accepted you will register after that.
• Workshop proposals will not be approved until late November/Early December. If you have already registered and your proposal is not accepted, and this means you will no longer attend the conference, we will refund your registration in full.
• A $200 honorarium will be offered to each accepted workshop (regardless of number of presenters).
