* Please note that we are hosting another conference in Banff October 16-18, 2025 specifically for school system leaders and administrators. However, this conference will continue to have relevant professional development for school system leaders.

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive Retreat. Camp Wenonah is a rugged outdoor setting and there are roots on the walking trails. Only some of Camp Wenonah’s newer buildings include ramps. Most buildings (cabins, washrooms, etc.) have 2 – 5 steps at their entrance. All gender group washrooms are available throughout Camp Wenonah. Kindly note, there are no washrooms inside the cabins themselves. Both the washrooms and shower house facilities are a short walk from the cabins. A quiet room will be available on-site throughout the Retreat. Please indicate how we might facilitate a more inclusive environment for you and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will have a photographer taking photos and video throughout the Retreat. Please note, if you do not wish to featured in our photos or videos you can choose a red string for your name tag and we will edit you out of any images or videos.(Required)

I understand there will be photography and or videography at the Retreat and I can choose to opt out by choosing a red string for my name tag at check-in.

On-site meals will be provided by Camp Wenonah. Water, tea, coffee, fruit and granola bars will be available throughout the Retreat. We will send you the full menu 2 weeks before the Retreat. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or food allergies below.

Is there anything else we should know, including allergies, medical conditions or mobility challenges that you may require support with?

Accommodations will be shared with 5-8 other adults in small cabins with bunk beds. Each person will have a whole top and bottom bunk bed to themselves. You will sign up for a specific cabin at check in. To help us with planning, can you let us know who you would prefer to share a cabin with:(Required)
