The Child and Nature Alliance is a virtual network of organizations and individuals who are working to connect children to nature through education, advocacy, programming, policy, research, and the built environment. Our vision is that all children and families in Canada are connected with nature and the outdoors in order to enhance their health and well-being. Our work aims to connect Canada’s children and families with nature and the outdoors in the settings where they live, play, learn and work.
Inspired by the critical need to address immediate physical and mental health issues facing Canada's young people, KidActive was founded to foster the development of healthy kids, communities and outdoors. We are committed to the development of life long health solutions that inspire and motivate children and youth to reach their full potential and contribute positively to their communities and natural environment.
